1.2 Use of the abovementioned AI Recruiting Platform is governed by its own Terms of Use. Accessing or using the Platform constitutes acceptance of those Terms in addition to these Website Terms.

1.3 For licensed services, the Company may operate, manage, or provide access on behalf of the licensor. All rights, obligations, and disclaimers associated with such licensed services apply as described on the Website or in the applicable Terms of Use.

7.3 The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, business opportunities, or profits.

7.4 Liability for any other Platforms owned, licensed or operated by the company is capped as per the Platform’s own Terms and is not cumulative with liability under this Website Terms.

8. Payments, Services, and Agreements

8.1 Any payments or engagement for consulting, IT services, mentorship, or other paid offerings are subject to separate service agreements.

8.2 These Terms do not replace contractual terms for paid services or professional engagements.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

9.2 Users consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of Ontario courts for disputes arising from the Website, without prejudice to compliance with local laws in other jurisdictions.
